1. Email address.  Your own email address at OfficeZim.com

Emails can either be forwarded to your gmail or other account or they can be viewed online or downloaded to your mobile phone or laptop

  1. Phone number.  You can have a dedicated office phone number something like 08677004080.  We can direct this number to your mobile phone (10c per minute) or it can be programmed on your mobile or office phone.  It can also be directed to our receptionist centre to handle all your calls.



Cost $15 per month for the number on your phone or mobile.  (Extra costs apply for receptionist options… see below)



  1. IVR (Interactive Voice Response).  Have a professionally recorded script read to the caller.  For example “Welcome to Zim Cafe, please hold for reception or press 1 for marketing, 2 for Accounts or 3 to leave a message”.  We can then program various options such as forwarding to your mobile, leaving a voicemail or getting answered by our receptionist services.



$10 per month (professional recording setup cost English $100 0r multi-lingual options $200)



  1. Receptionist services.  We have a dedicated team that will answer your call as if they were your business according to the script you give us.  They will then take notes and send the notes and a recording of the call to your email for you to listen to and return the call if required.



Cost $1 for 1st 2 mins, thereafter $1 per minute.



  1. Domain registration and setup.  We are able to register a domain for you and hold it or redirect it for you. We offer .co.zw .com .net or .org domain types. 



Cost $3 per month.



  1. Email server.  We can set up an email server for you to register unlimited email accounts on your domain.  For example if your domain is zimcafe.com admin@zimcafe.com or jim@zimcafe.com etc. 



Cost $30 per month



  1. Logo and Website.  We and create a simple 1 page website with logo and information supplied to us for our standard $10 per month.  For more complicated websites, our partner 99designs will design your website and/or logo.  Prices are arranged directly with them.

  1. Hosting of Website.   We can host your website for both web pages created by us and 3rd party web pages supplied to us.



Cost from $10 per month.



  1. Online marketing.  We can set up and administer your ad campaign on your facebook, twitter, instagram or tiktok account.  Prices vary according to complexity and are subject to a quote being accepted.



Cost from $20 per month



  1. Company setup.  We can incorporate a company for you and setup initial letterheads etc. subject to normal approvals.



Cost $300



  1. Accounts.  We can do your company accounts and submit all necessary accounting including things like payroll, fiscalisation, management reports etc. Prices vary according to complexity and are subject to a quote being accepted.



Cost from $100 per month.



  1. E-Commerce.  We can implement e-commerce solutions for your website to enable collection of fees from clients paying with credit cards.  Price varies on complexity of requirements.



Cost from $10 per month (setup charge of $200)



  1. Bank Accounts.  We can facilitate opening bank accounts making sure all forms required are filled in correctly and submitted.
